Assessing the needs of non-profit organizations in Saudi Arabia
We conducted a nation-wide study of the needs of non-profit organizations in Saudi Arabia across sectors and provinces to establish a social fund which can address their financial challenges to support the sector development in line with the Vision 2030 objectives.

Assessing the challenges of thousands of NPOs across diverse regions and sectors
Developing effective solutions to support their growth while catering to their unique needs
Approach:
Engaged 80+ stakeholders including NPOs, companies, and government entities
Conducted field visits across multiple provinces to ensure local relevance
Developed a blended finance model to structure and sustain the fund
Outcome:
Approved launch of a social fund to support NPOs in Saudi Arabia with a wide range of financial instruments
Establishment of the fund
