Establishing a social fund to support non-profit organizations
We supported the establishment of a social fund supporting the establishment and growth of non-profit organizations in Saudi Arabia. The establishment involved setting up the organization, hiring the first employees, and supporting the founding team in establishing the fund’s strategy, and forming key partnerships.
Challenge:
Diverse backgrounds and financial needs of thousands of NPOs to be supported by a single fund
Hiring, and on-boarding the team to effectively create impact on the ground

Establishment of the fund from a concept to a functional organization
Hiring the founding team and first employees in collaboration with other government agencies, supporting the founding team in rolling out the strategy, setting up the processes, and forming strategic partnerships.

Launched of the fund, now serving thousands of NPOs
