Integration of 12 multisite medical facilities into a larger medical group across West Africa

Project realised by Georges Nammour for Novamed. Supported the integration of 12 medical facilities across Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso into a single, unified medical group — aligning operations, brand, and governance to strengthen performance and build a more attractive platform for patients, partners, and investors.
Challenge:
Fragmented network of 12 facilities in Ivory Coast and Burkina Faso, with pressure to build one unified group
Wide variation in size, service model, workflows, clinical protocols, and digital maturity sites
Misaligned licensing, accreditation, and compliance
Investor concerns over financial performance
Approach:
Built a unified Group identity across all sites through shared values, mission, and brand standards
Used operational and financial improvement as the core integration driver
Strengthened the Group’s attractiveness for patients, partners, and investors
Outcome:
Improved revenues through standardized services, pricing, and operating models with KPI dashboard
Reduced unnecessary costs through unified procurement, shared services, better resource allocation
Established consistent brand image and patient experience across all sites
