Beyond Saudi Arabia, he has advised government institutions, multinational corporations, and energy-sector leaders across Malaysia, Turkey, Comoros, Libya, Qatar, the UAE, and Oman. His expertise includes strategic execution, digital transformation, public-private partnerships, governance, and organizational change. He specializes in designing regulatory frameworks, establishing data-driven performance systems, and advising on sustainability and ESG compliance.
