Hansel Tantohari

Hansel Tantohari is a Venture Builder with over 7 years of experience as a founder, venture architect within global venture studios, and innovation monetisation consultant. He has worked with large technology companies like Meta and unicorn startups like CleverTap to monetise their innovations and improve top-line results through an expert understanding of value propositions, customer segments, and pricing/packaging. He has also worked with global venture studios such as Rainmaking (now part of Bain & Co.) and Wright Partners to build corporate ventures with unfair advantages that have a cumulative enterprise value of >100m USD. These ventures have spanned renewable energy, sustainable fintech, high-tech agriculture, and smart industrial maintenance. 

Beyond his current professional role as Venture Lead at Wright Partners, he has served as angel investor, mentor to 20+ startups, and collaborated with accelerators run by respected organisations such as the Korean Venture Capital Association, NAMA Foundation. He has also been invited to speak at startup/venture conferences such as the UpDrive conference by InDrive and TechInAsia. 

He holds a double-degree from Yale-NUS and National University of Singapore Law School (First Class Honours). Extremely passionate about marrying business with technological innovation, he brings entrepreneurial intuition and a true desire to build real businesses to solve real problems.
