Lynn Alwan

Lynn serves as an Associate Consultant with Dunecrest. Beyond her role at Dunecrest, she is deeply involved in community development and service through Rotaract Lebanon, where she actively contributes to initiatives that enhance literacy, promote peacebuilding, and improve the overall quality of life for underserved communities.

Before joining Dunecrest, Lynn built a strong foundation in project management, monitoring, and evaluation within the non-governmental and non-profit sectors. Her work played a critical role in addressing pressing socio-economic challenges and disaster response efforts, particularly in the aftermath of Lebanon’s multiple crises since 2020. She has led and contributed to initiatives aimed at rebuilding communities, strengthening social resilience, and fostering sustainable development.

Lynn holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the American University of Beirut, where she specialized in Human Rights and Transitional Justice. She further advanced her academic pursuits by earning a Master’s degree in Public Policy and International Affairs, equipping her with the analytical and strategic skills to drive impactful change at both local and international levels.
