Mr. Georges Nammour is a seasoned healthcare executive and senior consultant with over 30 years of experience leading transformational projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a Master’s Degree in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Management from ESCEM Business School (Tours, France) and certifications in Lean Management (Belmont University, USA), Clinical Leadership, and Healthcare Auditing, he has successfully navigated both public and private healthcare sectors. His expertise spans strategic hospital management, operational restructuring, commissioning of medical facilities, and performance-driven healthcare consulting. 

Throughout his career, Mr. Georges has held executive leadership roles in major healthcare institutions, including MNGHA (Saudi Arabia), Kapa Santé Healthcare Group (France), and Aspetar (Qatar), where he directed large-scale emergency, ICU, trauma, and surgical departments. His ability to optimize healthcare delivery, drive accreditation processes (JCI, HAS, CBAHI), and implement cost-effective strategies has made him a trusted advisor for hospitals, governments, and private investors. As a senior healthcare consultant with two international Auditing and Consulting groups, he currently leads feasibility studies, hospital commissioning, and provides strategic guidance and auditing services to healthcare institutions, focusing on cost-effectiveness, clinical pathways, and patient outcomes.
