Gideon Lim

Gideon serves as a Senior Consultant at Dunecrest, bringing five years of experience partnering with non-profits, government institutions, and private sector players across Singapore, Jordan, India, and Indonesia. His core expertise lies in organizational strategy, impact measurement, and innovative financing. 

Prior to joining Dunecrest, Gideon was a Senior Consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors, where he advised clients such as the Asian Development Bank, United Nations, and USAID. His project experience includes designing livelihoods and innovation programs in the Gulf, leading organizational restructuring for multinational agencies, and structuring blended finance solutions for humanitarian and development organizations. Gideon's broader professional background encompasses public policy and advocacy roles with Amazon Web Services and research for the UN Secretariat. He also led strategy and donor engagement for disaster recovery efforts in Indonesia. 

Gideon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Yale-NUS College.
